- Your responsibilities will include developing a robust marketing strategy and executing plans with unique experiences, programs, and campaigns designed to drive demand and revenue for the ANZ region.

- Develop and implement marketing programs specifically tailored to Latin American ecosystems - including system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
- Create region-specific demand creation programs designed to drive new pipeline and accelerate opportunities in the region
- Collaborate with regional field marketing, product marketing, and ecosystem teams to develop localized go-to-market strategies
- Develop partner-ready marketing collateral that resonates with the Latin American market, including:
- Customized sales and marketing materials
- Localized case studies and success stories
- Region-specific digital and content marketing assets
- Manage market development funds (MDF) for Latin American partners, including proposal management and performance tracking
- Work closely with local marketing teams to leverage and adapt global marketing programs for the Latin American context
- Support partner readiness and certification programs tailored to the region's unique business landscape
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on the Latin American technology sector
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing or partner ecosystem development
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner marketing programs in Latin America
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
- Experience with enterprise software and B2B marketing in technology industries
- Proven track record of creating marketing strategies that drive partner performance and revenue growth
- Ability to travel in the region
