The Qualtrics Sales Operations Team is looking for a talented individual to identify, scope, and execute system improvements and streamline marketing/sales processes on the Salesforce platform. We have growing sales goals each quarter and we need the right person to join our unstoppable force.
Qualtrics is looking for a full-time Salesforce.com Administrator who loves the Salesforce platform. If you have a Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business), are a Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or equivalent level of experience, and 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator in a B2B sales organization, Qualtrics could be the place you’ve always dreamed of.

A Day in the Life:
Implement business logic and application customization via custom objects, validation rules, workflows, visual flows, etc
Interface with end users to understand administrative needs, resolve issues and meet business requirements
Document procedures, policies, and technical requirements
Facilitate system administration and help streamline the SFDC org, including: profiles/permissions, role hierarchy, security models, application customization, reports and dashboards, etc
Maintain and advise on selection of 3rd party technologies to improve sales productivity within SFDC
