The Expectation for Success
As a Research Services Opportunity Fulfillment Representative, you work alongside top Research Services Sales reps to help some of the world’s top minds make their research easier, faster, and better. You will help top quota carriers reach their goals by interfacing with online data collection companies and developing methodology for research projects.
While prospecting calls are not a large part of your day, frequent calls and emails to current clients will be, in addition to scoping out pricing and designing online data collection projects.
A Day in the Life
- Work alongside high ranking Qualtrics Research Services Sales Representatives to assist and manage current clients and upcoming data collection projects.
- Consult and advise clients on complex research projects, ranging from students and professors working on academic research, to massive national and international corporations conducting important market research initiatives. Typically, Panels Opportunity Fulfillment Representatives oversee between 50 and 100+ projects at any given time.
- Negotiate and coordinate with our network of external market research partners to ensure the success of each research project, depending on the scope and needs of each piece of the project.
- Collaborate with your Account Reps, clients, internal departments, and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experience with every project.
