The Challenge

Qualtrics is looking for full-time consultants who can prospect, develop relationships, design and manage complex research projects and close deals. As a Research Services Account Executive you will sell programs and services that help our customers get insights easier, quicker and better within our Qualtrics platform.

Expectations for Success

  • Consult clients from a broad spectrum of industries in massive national and international corporations
  • Advise on complex research projects focused on brand, product, customer experiences and meaningful data driven market research
  • Sell research services offered by Qualtrics to new and existing customers against quarterly sales quotas
  • Negotiate and coordinate with our network of partners to understand the scope and needs to ensure the success of each research project
  • Work collaboratively with clients, internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experience with every project

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High standard of perfection, integrity and role model behaviour
  • History of top performance in a previous companies
  • Strong market research experience, preferably combined with Sales
  • Previous Sales/Business development/Customer Service/Consultative tech sales experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborative nature with colleagues and clients
  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
  • Experience in Market Research or Psychological Research
  • Proficiency in other languages within Asia
