The Qualtrics Finance team needs to add that special someone to a number crunching group and have a huge impact on the company’s financial practice. We have aggressive financial growth happening right now and we need the right person to join our unstoppable effort.
Qualtrics is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable/Renewals specialist who knows how to communicate with sales representatives, and make billing a blast for our clients. If you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field, Qualtrics could be the place you’ve been dreaming of.
Expectations for Success
You’ll know you’re doing an outstanding job when all your clients look forward to your calls, and sales representatives sing your praises. You’ll be detailed, organised and communicate both written and verbally. You can talk numbers, have possible experience in accounts receivable and have the ability to collect a thrilling amount of cash!
A Day in the Life
Assist in billing all sales, both new deals and renewing contracts
Work collaboratively with our high-energy sales representatives who close deals all day, every single day
Respond authoritatively to client requests on time
Make following up on past due payments a bonding experience with our clients
Work together with our Client Success team to ensure the happiness and longevity of our existing client base
Provide periodic cash flow updates, renewal rates, and other key performance indicators to our talented senior management
Give input to sales and operations leadership on how to make processes between sales, finance, and clients most effective and efficient
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Finance related)
Fluent in Business English (written and spoken)
