As EMEA HR and Benefits Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and efficient administration of HR policies for multiple countries within the EMEA region, specifically the UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden and Italy. You also have the accountability for all benefits processes from onboarding, to changes and termination related benefits processes in these countries.
This role reports to the EMEA Controller. This position will be part of our Finance team.
Manage benefits enrolments and determine employee eligibility
Conduct audits of data, changes and requests that come in to ensure compliance with company policies and and/or other regulations or legislation.
Assist in the development of home country policies and procedures to support the compensation and benefits function
Fully understand company benefit plans for proper deductions
Implement benefits changes and new plans in the respective region
Prepare employment contracts for various countries by using Greenhouse
Prepare probation letters, employment letters
Prepare documentation and organise probation review committees
Prepare and publish on our intranet different HR policies and benefits documentation
Organise and coordinate new hire onboarding across EMEA
Drive system improvements to increase efficiencies and accuracy
Work with the Payroll Lead on ad-hoc payroll, benefits and HR projects to improve employees’ experiences
Expectations for Success
1 to 3 years experience in an HR environment for multiple countries.
Experience on benefits processing/implementations/benchmarking
Experience of vendor management and working to/ implementing service level agreements with a proven track record
Strong Excel skills and computer literacy
Desirable but not essential: Experience of global mobility including an awareness of local implications and requirements for employees on international assignments
Experience with Success Factors and benefits interfaces a plus.
A self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, “can do” and “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality to get the job done.
Strong customer-oriented attitude
Tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
Comfortable with a high-volume workload with the ability to multitask and prioritise as appropriate
Strong drive to deliver a good service and results.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, benefits or a relevant related field)
Desirable but not essential: CIPD or equivalent
Fluent in Business English (written and spoken)
2nd language highly beneficial (German, French, Dutch)
