Qualtrics is looking for a QA Engineer with a strong passion for driving development quality and testing excellence within the Salesforce ecosystem. Candidates must show past experience with troubleshooting and problem solving, be extremely detail oriented, be technically minded, and willing to think outside of the box. Experience with Salesforce.com is a bonus, but not required. This person must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be extremely focused, while having the flexibility to quickly pivot should the need arise.
Review requirements/specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Perform thorough system testing and regression tests in line with testing best practices
Identify, record, thoroughly document and track bugs
Assist with UAT sessions
Facilitate smooth sprint and release cycles
Support development and product teams
Raise the bar on technical excellence, show thought leadership, and communicate well to different audiences
Superior organizational, verbal and written skills
