Job description

Come and get your foot in the door at one of the fastest growing companies in Dublin! We are currently looking for flexible phone operators to work part-time. Added bonus if you speak either French or German.

As a Phone Operator, you will have the chance to provide clients and prospective employees with an incredible first experience when they call the company. This position provides a launch pad into the company.

As well as a PhoneOperator,  you will help with special projects from other areas of the organisation.  For example, you could be working with our world class Digital Team to help create product support pages in a number of languages for our international customers.

 

Requirements:

  • You have proven excellent interpersonal skills and phone manners in previous jobs
  • You're experienced working with customers
  • You have an interest in tech and a career at Qualtrics
  • You're available to work for 10-20 hours, Monday to Friday,  between 10am - 3pm
  • You’re flexible, scrappy, and happy to get involved in helping other teams, if required
  • You go above and beyond to make valuable contributions
