A Day In The Life
Develop concepts for in-house clients that are creative, strategically sound, and on-brand
Provide constructive feedback on the work being presented by designers and art directors
Collaborate with copywriters, the film team, and other designers in order to deliver the highest-quality work
Provide thought leadership on design and creative strategy
7+ years ad agency experience
Must have a portfolio that shows strong conceptual art direction skills and serious design chops
Must be comfortable art directing all forms of media
Must have extensive production experience in video, print, and digital and can provide thought leadership on production matters
Willing and able to mentor and inspire younger talent
Experience managing projects
Willing to travel 5-10% of the year
Highly-proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
