As a Recruiting Coordinator at Qualtrics, you will work closely with our Recruiters to ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates. We're looking for someone who is smart, resourceful, and has a strong bias for action. This position will rely heavily on your superb ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-pace environment. If you have a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience, Qualtrics could be the place you’ve been dreaming of.
The Expectation for Success:
You’ll know you’re doing a great job when you will be able to support the Recruiters in coordinating and scheduling for multiple candidates. You’ll be detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to communicate both written and verbally. You can build great relationships with other teams here at Qualtrics!
A Day in the Life:
Schedule multiple interviews with candidates; coordinate all details of interviews including travel arrangements
Manage written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidate records; create and run weekly tracking reports
Take on an array of special projects that advance the mission of our recruiting team
