We are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate recruiter to join the team. You will partner with our leaders and have the ability to directly impact the success of the organization you support. You’ll be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Your passion for Qualtrics will shine through in your conversations with top candidates as you find, attract and provide a great experience for our candidates.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage the full cycle recruiting for industry and recent graduate positions within the organizations you support.
Create and adapt sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals for experienced candidates
During campus hiring season, design a comprehensive, strategic campus recruiting plan and travel to top-tier universities to find and attract competitive candidates
Driving multiple candidate channels including referrals and other campaigns
Providing a world-class candidate experience
Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Skills that will help you be successful:
1- 4 years of experience in recruiting or a related field
Track record or aptitude for successfully identifying exceptional candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods
Ability to plan and execute events, presentations, and maintain strong relationships with our campuses and managers
Strong attention to detail with an ability to think forward and prioritize
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders
