WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking a Solutions Architect to help fuel our continued success and provide value to the customers of our robust, yet customizable Resware product. The Solutions Architect will handle the most challenging and complex Resware customer engagements by assessing customer needs and navigating to the right resources and solution.  Solutions Architects often collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, Customer Success Managers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep industry experience and also be excited to drive innovation in the industry by leveraging Qualia’s Resware platform. Additionally, they may provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers services engagements for onboardings, optimization/ongoing services, and training for Resware clients based on expertise and in-depth knowledge of Resware and title industry best practices
  • Trains customers on how to configure and administer the Resware platform
  • Leads scoping of services by understanding customers’ business needs, translating them into Resware configuration requirements, and estimating the time necessary to complete the Resware configuration
  • Provides prescriptive recommendations to customers on how to best configure Resware based upon understanding customer requirements, industry knowledge, and Resware best practice expertise
  • Assists with configuring Resware for customers either directly through hands-on setup and/or through training and advising customers how to configure Resware to meet agreed-upon requirements
  • Develops and delivers a prescriptive project plan to customers that enables both customers and internal teams to configure the Resware system to meet customer business requirements successfully
  • Works collaboratively pre- and post-sale with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Technical Support, Product, Engineering, and/or Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of Resware onboarding services and services packages
  • Advises and trains customers on Resware configuration and administration best practices such that they can effectively independently maintain and enhance their RW instance
  • Works on high-complexity projects and engagements for large enterprise title agencies and underwriters leveraging the Resware platform
  • Provides feedback to internal teams such as Product, Integration Partnerships and CSM's to identify product gaps, future opportunities, and account needs while working as part of the account team
  • Contributes to the iteration, refinement, and documentation of Resware best practices, services offerings, and enablement materials

  • 3+ Years Advanced Administrator of Resware
  • Extensive knowledge of title and escrow in multiple states
  • Experience customizing, executing, and monitoring effective new process workflow rollouts within a centralized organization
  • Extensive experience in successfully planning and overseeing the implementation of closing workflows and software implementations by operating as a consultative advisor to customersAdept at understanding title workflows and operational processes in order to design and configure the Resware system to support customers’ operational requirements
  • Attention to detail with an unwavering high-standard for quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while delivering projects on time, in scope and on budget
  • Comfort with and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with minimal direction
