Job Summary:
As the Managing Director, Enterprise Partnerships you will provide strategic oversight and leadership support across the named partners by collaborating with other members of your team and other leaders across Q-Centrix to drive growth, satisfaction, and retention.
Essential Functions:
- Orchestrate complex business development and renewal cycles by working with our internal team members and health system partners.
- Use a consultative approach to identify business challenges and create solutions for named partners.
- Grow and nurture executive relationships throughout health system partners.
- Manage the overall success of your pod dedicated to named partners.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential new business by selling additional services to named partners.
- Develop and lead annual client planning sessions with leaders throughout Q-Centrix.
- Prepare and present internal quarterly territory plans with Business Development leadership.
- Stay informed of industry changes and educate partner hospitals on hot topics or product releases.
- Strategically handle partner objections or concerns.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
- 10+ years' experience within enterprise business development and or account management.
- Previous experience in provider performance improvement space is a plus.
- Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by understanding the bigger picture and considering complex interrelationships and outcomes.
- Enjoy being in front of others and communicating your passion for the work you do.
- Understanding of the business development and partner life cycle.
- Pride yourself on your strong work ethic, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Have a knack for words, complete with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Are self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can adapt in a rapidly changing market.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MHA preferred.
- Broad experience with clinical registries and clinical regulatory requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes, leading one of our enterprise pods.
Work environment/Physical Demands: Continuous sitting and fine manipulation.
Travel Requirements: 40% throughout your region.

The target salary range for this role is $88,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, and a commission target range of $70,000 to $130,000. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Salary ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based salary increases during our organization’s annual review period. All commissions are considered variable pay and are paid per the Q-Centrix commission plan, which is shared with team members annually. The actual commission payout may be higher or lower, depending on individual performance.
