Q&A is a fast-moving, progressive, inclusive and pioneering music company, combining key pillars of artist management, distribution tech and record label. Q&A recently introduced Venice, a music distribution platform with premium services available for playlisting, strategic, creative marketing and artist development – offering artists a new approach to development and releasing their music.


As a Company Operations and Projects Intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting all areas of the business including our Product, Partner Success, Operations, Services, and Talent Management teams. You will be responsible for ad hoc projects as they arise from our teams. In this position, you will report directly to our Operations team lead.


  • Supporting all of our Q&A and Venice teams as necessary
  • Creating analysis and presentations for our key artist partners
  • Assist with strategic initiatives to help our teams promote our artist partner releases
  • Define and build internal processes that help support the growth of our team and business
  • Manage documentation and communications as it relates to the various projects across the business

  • An autonomous worker that can escalate questions or issues when appropriate
  • Someone who is resourceful with a great work ethic


  • Minimum 15-20 hours availability for internship
  • There are a limited number of paid internships available, however Q&A Media will accept school credit for the intern role

Venice also has a Premium Services team for playlisting and strategic, creative marketing available upon request.
