What You Will Do
As a Salesforce / Marketo Systems Administrator on our Technical Operation team, you will be responsible for day to day oversight of Pushpay’s Salesforce.com and Marketing tech stack. Responsibilities include: configuring Salesforce.com to business requirements, providing best practice recommendations and implementing functionality for a range of internal project stakeholders. You will work closely with business leadership, internal stakeholders, business analysts and users within a fast-growing sales environment to ensure core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
Scaling internal systems to support a large sales team with a primary focus on pipeline velocity
Day-to-day management of Marketo, Salesforce.com and related systems.
Partnership with business leadership to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation.
Ensure reporting is created and structured for our Senior Leadership Team.
Provide guidance and coaching for junior Operations Administrators.
