We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our brand team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that strengthens our brand identity across various platforms and touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in all branded materials. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Design and develop visually engaging brand materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, and event graphics.
- Collaborate with the Art Director, Events & Brand, and other stakeholders to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all creative outputs.
- Translate brand guidelines into innovative design concepts that resonate with target audiences and align with business objectives.
- Create and refine typography, color palettes, imagery, and layouts to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and deadlines.
- Assist in the conceptualization and execution of event branding, from initial sketches to final on-site installations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and events to develop cohesive visual solutions.
- Lead prepress and print preparation for various deliverables, ensuring optimal quality and accuracy in final products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in brand design.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the design team’s work.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Design Proficiency: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital design. Experience with illustration and dimensional design is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Brand Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies and visual identities for B2B or tech companies.
- Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding.
- Experience working in a B2B or tech environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of prepress and printing processes.
- Experience with motion graphics and digital animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or similar.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $130,000 - $196,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
