Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own, execute and develop strategic programs and projects within the HR Operations & Services organization globally. 
  • Manage the global Data Management, Mobility & Immigration and Contingent Workforce team members to drive scale, operations accuracy & effectiveness.   
  • Influence global HR Operations road-mapping to support long-term service delivery goals.  
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Head of HR Operations & Services.
  • Implement process improvements, projects, technology, training requirements that improve the employee experience from offer to alumni.  
  • Partner closely with HR Technology, Analytics and other COEs to drive functional improvements for employees and managers. 
  • Align and execute the HR Operations Strategy to support critical business goals. 
  • Build strong connections with operations leaders across the business to influence and improve connection points and reduce seams. 

Candidate Profile, including Key Experiences and Knowledge: 

  • 8+ years of experience in an HR/People Operations environment with a broad knowledge of HR generally across many COEs and functions.   (Specifically Mobility, Immigration, Contingent Workforce and HR Systems)
  • Strong project management skills with a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • 8+ years of direct people management experience. 
  • Experiencing influencing and driving all levels of leadership and driving industry-transforming practices. 
  • Proven experience launching and driving projects and programs that require change management.  
  • Customer first thinker. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication and a proven track record of customer focus. 
  • Demonstrated strong teamwork and collaborative skills working in a dynamic and changing multinational organization.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite

The annual base salary range is: $119,000-$190,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
