Pure Storage is seeking a strong Senior Credit-Collections Analyst, this person will work with a department of Finance,  and manage a portfolio of customers, do credit analysis, and management reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

  •  The ideal candidate will work on financial statements and credit risk analysis, verify bank and trade references, help with credit checks, etc.
  • Assure timely collection of monies due to company
  • send out statements,  emails, and make collection calls as needed
  • identify disputes and issues, work with cross-functional teams to resolve
  • Maintain collection notes, follow ups, contacts;  backup team members
  • Make recommendations to improve quality of reporting and credit procedures.
  • Do month-end, quarter-end, and Year-End reporting using NetSuite
  • Ad Hoc project and reports, reconciliations

What You Bring To The Team

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong experience in credit & collections, knowledge of credit & financial tools
  • Superior spreadsheets skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Netsuite strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to escalate effectively and appropriately
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment,  great collaboration skills
  • Pitch in where needed, willingness to learn,  and work independently with limited supervision
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid, and ever-changing work environment and able to facilitate changes as situations require
  • Willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance or accounting related field.
