Pure Storage is seeking a strong Senior Credit-Collections Analyst, this person will work with a department of Finance, and manage a portfolio of customers, do credit analysis, and management reporting.
What You Will Be Doing
- The ideal candidate will work on financial statements and credit risk analysis, verify bank and trade references, help with credit checks, etc.
- Assure timely collection of monies due to company
- send out statements, emails, and make collection calls as needed
- identify disputes and issues, work with cross-functional teams to resolve
- Maintain collection notes, follow ups, contacts; backup team members
- Make recommendations to improve quality of reporting and credit procedures.
- Do month-end, quarter-end, and Year-End reporting using NetSuite
- Ad Hoc project and reports, reconciliations
What You Bring To The Team
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong experience in credit & collections, knowledge of credit & financial tools
- Superior spreadsheets skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Netsuite strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Knowledge and understanding of how to escalate effectively and appropriately
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment, great collaboration skills
- Pitch in where needed, willingness to learn, and work independently with limited supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid, and ever-changing work environment and able to facilitate changes as situations require
- Willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance or accounting related field.
