SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
Develop analytical solutions that help achieve business objectives, and identify and report on the KPIs that will determine success.
Perform proactive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and data insights
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate more than just numbers. Translate complex analytics and findings into digestible stories that identify key business implications.
Utilize SQL/Python/R or other relevant statistical tools for data mining and predictive analytics.
Demonstrated experience in business partnering with a variety of different stakeholders, excellent communication skills and ability to influence others. Good at storytelling Advanced SQL user, and experience in producing complex dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR with high business impact using Tableau .
Ability to coordinate across cross functional teams with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hands on experience of working customer data ,company hierarchies, sales and telemetry and data from different functions.
Ability to provide scalable solutions for self service analytics.
Write complex and efficient queries to transform raw data sources into easily accessible models by coding across several languages such as Python, and SQL
Architect, build, and launch new data models that provide intuitive analytics to the team
What You Bring To the Table
4+ years’ experience in building high performance analytics organizations in the HR/Recruiting space
4+ years’ experience with data analytics, Business Intelligence and Visualization tools such as Tableau
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field
Strong ability to understand and explain compelling stories behind data
Strong mindset to combine business understanding skills with technical skills, to arrive at decision making
Self starter and Innovative problem solving attitude required
Strong proficiency with SQL and the ability to process/interpret large volumes of data
Experience with a programming language such as Python, R is a bonus
Good experience working with Microsoft excel
Strong plus to have a working knowledge of People Analytics, Salesforce and/or Netsuite
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Strong team player and results-driven.
