The Subscription Sales Operations team within the larger Global Sales Operations
organization partners with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations to manage and
execute on Pure Storage’s full portfolio of subscription offerings . The Director of
Subscription Sales Operations will partner with Subscription Leadership team to both
develop long term strategic plans and execute against shorter term objectives. This
position requires an unflappable Operations professional comfortable with working with
the company’s sales leaders and upper management as well as our renewal teams, our
Pure-as-a-Service (PaaS) GTM team and the PaaS Business Unit. Reporting to the Sr
Director, Functional Sales Operations, the role carries the following key responsibilities:

- Ownership of all operational elements in support of Renewal Sales and PaaS
Sales.
- Partner with our global Renewal leadership team to define and execute against
our renewals strategy and plan
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly renewal analytics to deliver data driven
insights on renewal performance and tracking of KPIs
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and build automated solutions to drive
improved productivity for the customer facing teams. Optimize team scale by
segmenting renewal processes via a high/low model
- Evolve existing renewal processes and systems and ensure renewals are
integrated with our current sales processes
- Represent the subscription business on cross functional projects and
companywide strategic initiatives
- Be the primary source of data requests from Pure’s Account Team, Partners, and
internal stakeholders.
-Work with cross-functional operations teams and lines of business to more
effectively achieve operational efficiency and standardization.
- Build on existing PaaS processes to integrate seamlessly into our standard GTM
motion
-Partner with Engineering and IT to evolve our PaaS processes and identify
automation opportunities
- Lead the annual planning process for renewals and PaaS
- All other reasonable duties assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

-Bachelors degree
- 10+ years of sales operations experience
- 3+ years in a SaaS, Subscription and/or Revenue businesses
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong operational leadership experience in Renewal Operations strongly
preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex ideas

- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Demonstrated, take-charge attitude, and able to demonstrate flexibility and
resiliency
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Developing project management skills
