At Pure Storage, we believe in the best customer experience. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing engaging and effective web experience meeting the needs and requirements of key stakeholders across the business. You’ll work closely with colleagues in the Brand and Digital Marketing team, business owners and developers to create campaigns and web experiences for Pure Storage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams across the company. You'll be responsible for understanding the needs of different organizations from a visual design perspective, participating in creative briefs, review meetings, and providing status updates on various assets, ensuring smooth, on-time delivery.

  • Working with our Content and Creative Studios, you'll be responsible for developing creative campaign assets for web; as well as wireframes, and mockups.

  • Working closely with our UX designer to create simple and beautiful design solutions, iterate on designs based on user feedback and business needs.

  • Advocate for prioritization of changes, refinements, and improvements to the user experience.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 6+ years experience as a digital designer at a tech company, agency, or related experience

  • Proficiency in Design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Experience in working on design systems.

  • A passion for meaningful design solutions, and expertise in design principles: color,

    typography, layout, and conceptual skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and relentless attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently

  • Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best

    possible outcome

  • Experience in working with AEM and Wordpress
