WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

  • Support the International Benefits Manager in the day-to-day operations of all benefit programs, vendors and policies including: Health, Risk and Pension.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable mandatory and statutory regulations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants and internal resources to ensure the effective operation of Plans.
  • Perform complex duties relating to the maintenance of eligibility, enrolment, billing, invoice processing and annual benefits renewals.
  • Leveraging the Legal, Payroll and the Human Resource Business Partner function as necessary.
  • Coordinate EMEA & APJ Benefits Communications, programs and events.
  • Managing and overseeing monthly and annual payroll processes for benefit plans across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Supporting regulatory reporting requirements and maintaining knowledge of regional payroll regulations and changes for benefit plans.
  • Assisting with internal and external audit requests.
  • Reviewing and advising on existing processes and procedures.
  • Provide Benefits subject matter support to HR partners and deliver outstanding customer service to employees and managers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM...

  • 5+ years of relevant international benefits administration experience
  • A passion and belief in customer-first mindset, what (who) are we solving with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and solve complex problems with high-level critical thinking.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and is self-managed
  • Must have experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • 3 + years of experience with Workday HRIS System
  • Experience working across disciplines in HR
