We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Strategic Accounts Program team within our Global Sales Organisation. We’re looking for a process-minded person to drive overall program performance, effectively communicating standards and processes that the organisation will be responsible to execute against.

You will be responsible for working with the RVP of Strategic Accounts (International) to think strategically about issues affecting our Strategic Accounts go-to-market capabilities and making recommendations and action plans that drive change and support our growth targets. You will take programs from inception to completion by tracking milestones, setting clear expectations, hosting check-in meetings and reporting back to senior leadership on progress against metrics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tools - ensure that the organisation is taking advantage of best-of-breed tools to acquire and grow bookings and customer satisfaction in targeted global accounts (ex: LinkedIn, HG Data, Lucidchart, etc)
  • Communications - implement tactics to ensure that the team is connected, engaged and motivated on Strategic Account program related topics (ex: email, Slack, Sales Central, Google Drive, etc)
  • Enablement - leverage internal tools and platforms to drive the development and distribution of content to the field organisation supporting Strategic Accounts
  • Operational process – drive scheduling of Strategic Account activities (ex account reviews, deal reviews, cross-functional workshops, executive engagement activities, etc)
  • Manage Strategic Account contractual activity, requirements and ongoing compliance to vendor/ customer agreements. Which includes the following activities:
  1. Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders to ensure Pure satisfies its contractual obligations and meets SLAs/KPIs , including ensuring Pure has in place the necessary practices and documentation as evidence that our obligations are being met. Ensuring such documentation is readily available when required 
  2. Have the ability to understand commercial/ business / service delivery issues in the context of Pure's contractual obligations and work cross functionally to articulate and drive decisions, including documentation of same
  3. Be the owner to drive responses to ad hoc & planned security reviews, governance, compliance requests, including managing potential client audits
  4. Support RFP submissions and be available to assist with stakeholder coordination during contract negotiations
  5. Manage internal account administration/ compliance
  6. Remove day to day contract compliance issues from the sales team to allow them to focus on positive conversations to drive further business
  7. Be responsible for managing responses to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) requests and sourcing the required information 
  8. Summary - a business enabling individual to work on complex client requests and contractual requirements both pre and post sale

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 3-5 years of Program Management experience within a Sales organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building to share the overall program vision
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally
  • Excellent ability to put complex processes into clear recommendations, use data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrated effective communication and strong executive presentation skills
  • Highly organised, action and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated ability to define and develop metrics and KPIs to measure sales program performance against strategic and operational goals
  • Demonstrated advanced user of Salesforce, Excel, Powerpoint and other productivity tools
  • Experience developing monthly reporting processes including KPI dashboards & scorecards, and establish cadence for management review
