Pure is looking for a highly skilled analyst to be responsible for the management of sales compensation and monthly commissions calculation to join its team. This role requires direct communication with leadership and sales representatives to address questions and escalate issues as needed.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Administer sales compensation plans in CallidusCloud
  • Analyse and prepare monthly commission payments for payroll
  • Interact with payroll partners
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes relating to commissions
  • Interact with finance and auditors on accruals and financial forecasts
  • Perform assigned financial control tasks with punctuality and accuracy
  • Track and report on sales commissions trends to senior management
  • Collaborate across functions (Finance, HR, Sales Operations) as required
  • Perform accurate, detailed manual calculations for individuals on a variety of compensation plans with a high degree of complexity
  • Research and resolve commissions inquiries from sellers
  • Interact with sellers via the ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Ability to look at current processes and recommend improvements
  • Ad hoc reporting using Excel

What you will need to bring to this role ...

  • B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 4-6 years recent, relevant experience in Commissions or Sales Compensation
  • Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, as most of the team will be based in the USA
  • Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple, high priority activities at the same time
  • Proactive work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience with SAP Sales Performance Management (CallidusCloud) or other commissions system
