Pure Storage recherche un spécialiste de la vente de données non structurées pour travailler aux côtés de nos gestionnaires de comptes et de nos ingénieurs avant-ventes au sein de notre équipe Unified Fast File and Object, qui connaît une croissance rapide.  Il s'agit d'un poste de vente et le candidat retenu sera responsable de la réalisation d'un objectif de croissance des revenus de Flashblade, AIRI et FA-File sur ce nouveau marché stratégique pour Pure Storage.  Le candidat devra générer des revenus en vendant des solutions qui permettent une protection des données de nouvelle génération, des analyses modernes et des flux de travail d'IA chez nos clients existants et prospects.

Vous devriez relever ce défi... Vos responsabilités :

  • Prospecter et générer de nouvelles opportunités chez les clients existants et cibler les prospects pour notre ensemble de solutions UDS (Unstructured Data Sales)
  • Présenter et communiquer notre proposition de valeur, les calculs de retour sur investissement, les business cases aux clients et aux prospects
  • Travailler avec l'équipe Data Architect pour permettre aux partenaires Alliance (tels que Vertica, Elastic, Splunk, Cohesity et NVIDIA), aux partenaires de distribution et à l'équipe commerciale de Pure Storage d'agir en tant que directeur de district "virtuel" pour l'unité commerciale UDS
  • Vous assurez que vous comprenez les objectifs des clients et comment Pure peut répondre à ces besoins grâce à notre technologie de rupture

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Expérience de la vente de solutions de données non structurées (File, NAS, Object, SAAS, Hybrid Cloud), soit dans le cadre d'un portefeuille de produits, soit en tant que spécialiste
  • Connaissance, intérêt et compréhension des tendances et de la direction que prend le marché, par exemple les conteneurs, Kubernetes, les analyses de nouvelle génération Spark, Kafka, Elastic, les environnements multi-cloud, …
  • Capacité à mener un processus de découverte avec un client en posant des questions, en remettant en question les idées préconçues et en présentant une proposition de valeur convaincante
  • Bon sens commercial, construction de TCO's, cas d’usages et propositions commerciales
  • Une attitude compétitive, « customer first », avec une forte éthique de travail
  • 5 ans d’expérience de vente minimum
  • Demontrer un esprit d’équipe fort
  • Maîtrise verbale et écrite de l'anglais et du français
