  • You will lead and manage the local team of ~10 in Dublin to deliver all aspects of the “Non US “ accounting, reporting and compliance function including financial reporting, internal controls, audit and compliance, payroll, accounts payable, fixed asset management, taxes, regulatory filings.
  • You will establish world class standards for timely and accurate financial close and reporting process and in accordance with US GAAP and statutory compliance. 
  • Provide operational finance support for all non-US locations. Work in close collaboration with corporate functions in California, as well as third parties and outsourced service providers to ensure goals and objectives are clear and achievable.  
  • Serve as the company’s expert for all international accounting matters, partnering with other departments (Legal, Sales, IT, and HR) on structuring policies, and advising with respect to accounting and tax implications.
  • Work with HQ Treasury on developing global banking infrastructure. Develop and maintain cash management forecast and reporting.
  • Work with HQ Tax to direct and oversee international tax structuring, and tax-related policies and procedures  With an external firm, direct the preparation and timely filing of all required tax returns and other statutory filings.


  • 12-15+ years general accounting experience in public accounting and private industry  CPA with 5 years of Big 4 accounting firm experience  
  •  Prior work experience as well as hands-on experience in high growth companies. Knowledge and experience in U.S. GAAP  
  •  Advanced knowledge of international taxation, global banking, cash management, regulatory requirements, international operations, inter-company transactions, collections, foreign exchange accounting, and cost control principles are required  
  •  Proven, results-oriented manager or leader who can manage, motivate and build a cohesive accounting team
