SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive the company’s growth.
- Drive the development and execution of the recruiting strategy for various positions within the engineering dept.
- Source candidates through a variety of avenues, ensuring we’re identifying the top talent in the industry.
- Ensure a top candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting Pure Storage's employment brand.
- Ensure accurate data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience in the high tech industry.
- Deep understanding of the full technical recruiting lifecycle, including candidate development, internal client management, negotiation, and closing.
- Firm grasp of technical landscape in the markets we're in, with a focus on Software Engineering teams.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and evaluate candidates to understand their technical experience.
- Deep sourcing expertise, with an advanced understanding of social media recruiting and Boolean search.
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of the competitive talent market.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced company that has an exceptionally high bar for talent.
- B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.
