Position Summary

The Order Administration Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day order entry and validation of customer sales orders from our CRM into our ERP system and delivery of purchase orders to our contract manufacturer.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of Sales Force (CRM) opportunities and transfer the sales opportunity into the ERP system
  • Review the shipping address, contact name, contact number, pricing, and configuration on the customer sales opportunities
  • Conversion of Sales Order within ERP and arrange shipment and issuance of drop ship PO to our Contract Manufacturer
  • Foster a cooperative partnership with Sales, Sales Operations and all dependent departments to support timely and accurate processing of orders
  • Maintain positive and professional communications, both internally and externally, to resolve order issues
  • Participate in the establishment of cross functional procedure enhancements


  • 2-4 years order administration or sales operations or related business experience
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems in an order processing function
  • Experience working with NetSuite and Sales Force preferred
  • Flexibility to execute, adapt, prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment at a high growth company
  • Adept at learning new technology
  • Self-starter with a proven track record in a sales support role with stellar customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills
