Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate StR Lower in Adult Psychiatry to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing care to adult patients under the supervision of senior medical staff.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and review patients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
- Engage in regular supervision and educational activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- Medical degree and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Enrolled in or completion of core psychiatry training (CT1/CT2) or equivalent.
- Interest in pursuing a career in adult psychiatry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
