We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Cardiff, which is easily accessible via public transport.

Your main responsibilities as a Pharmacy Manager:

  • Dispense prescriptions, provide NHS and Private services, and offer healthcare guidance.
  • Actively participate in our charity support programme, providing assistance to individuals facing cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team.
  • Utilise a planning system to ensure adequate pharmacy staff availability to meet customer demands.

What we are looking for in a Pharmacy Manager:

  • Hold a Pharmacy Degree.
  • Demonstrate a passion for leadership and team empowerment.
  • Be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and express willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • Undergo a DBS check (arranged by us) prior to employment.
