We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Newport, which is easily accessible via public transport.

Your main responsibilities as a Pharmacy Manager:

  • Supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and Private services, and provide healthcare advice.
  • Play an active role in our charities support programme, offering advice to those at risk or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
  • Ensure pharmacy staff availability using a planning system to meet customers’ needs.

What we are looking for in a Pharmacy Manager:

  • a Pharmacy Degree.
  • Be passionate about leading and empowering a team.
  • A member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme – we’ll help you with this when we offer you the role.
  • You’ll complete a DBS check (organised by us) before employment.
