Pulse have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Advanced Aseptic Services Pharmacist , who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Lincoln, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As an Advanced Aseptic Services Pharmacist, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice.

Your main responsibilities as an Advanced Aseptic Services Pharmacist:
- Provide highly specialist aseptic pharmacist support to cancer services and other wards and departments as appropriate
- Manage and supervise the work of pharmacists, pre-registration pharmacists and technicians working within the aseptic unit
- Act as a pharmacy representative on the Cross-Trust haematology/oncology business unit and to provide pharmaceutical and financial advice for the business unit
- Assist in the development and revision of the Trust aseptic policies and prescriptions undertake Trust-wide teaching to clinical professionals in aseptic services
- Assist the clinical trials pharmacist in the management of trials involving aseptic products
What we are looking for in an Advanced Aseptic Services Pharmacist:
- Pharmacy Degree (Bachelor or Master)
- GPHC registration
- Postgraduate diploma in Pharmacy Technical Servicesand/or equivalent experience
- Aseptic Preparation and Dispensing Course Supervisory management
