Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated StR Lower in Adult Psychiatry to join our esteemed team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to gain valuable experience and contribute to the provision of high-quality psychiatric care for adults.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment under supervision, focusing on adult patients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Conduct regular patient reviews and collaborate with senior clinicians to monitor progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in Adult Psychiatry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or eligibility for registration.
- Enrollment in or completion of Core Training in Psychiatry.
- Strong interest in Adult Psychiatry and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
