Exciting Opportunity for Acute Medicine Consultant in Preston!

Pulse is thrilled to announce an immediate opening for a Consultant in Acute Medicine to cover full rota shifts, Monday to Friday, with a comprehensive and dynamic work schedule primarily based in the Emergency Department (ED) in Preston. This position offers the chance to play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients presenting with acute medical conditions while advancing your professional development.

As an Acute Medicine Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the care of patients in the ED, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care. With a full rota schedule, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in acute medicine and contribute to the efficient functioning of the ED.

Requirements:

  • GMC Registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant experience as a Consultant in Acute Medicine
