Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) or Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPNs) to join our dynamic team in Maidstone. The successful candidates will provide high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties within the community settings such as depot clinics and duty and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during acute episodes.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to service users and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all interactions and interventions.
Requirements:
- NMC Registration 6 months
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an anaesthetic nurse
- To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, and Occupational Health and Updated CV
- Right to work within the UK – proof will be required.
