Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans for clients with mental health challenges.
  • Providing occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and community resources to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to care planning.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
  • Experience as a Band 5/6/7 Occupational Therapist in community mental health settings.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and intervention skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
