Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans for clients with mental health challenges.
- Providing occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Collaborating with clients, families, and community resources to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to care planning.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
- Experience as a Band 5/6/7 Occupational Therapist in community mental health settings.
- Strong assessment, communication, and intervention skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
