Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and developing personalized care plans for community-based clients.
- Providing therapeutic interventions and support to clients to enhance their independence and well-being.
- Collaborating closely with clients, families, and community resources.
- Promoting health and wellness through community-based programs and initiatives.
- Carrying a clinical case load, supervision of junior staff
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
- Experience working as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in community settings.
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
