Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Outpatient Physiotherapist to join our esteemed healthcare client in Cambridge. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services within the outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to diagnose and understand their physical conditions.
    • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on assessments.
  2. Treatment and Rehabilitation:

    • Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions to address patient needs.
    • Design and oversee rehabilitation programs to improve patient outcomes.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Provide clear and concise reports to contribute to patient care planning.
  4. Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and their families.
  5. Professional Development:

    • Stay informed about the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
    • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications:

    • Degree in Physiotherapy.
    • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  2. Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Band 6 Physiotherapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
    • Competence in managing a diverse caseload.
  3. Skills:

    • Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
  4. Flexibility:

    • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Ability to work flexible hours if required.
