Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist with experience in Stroke/Neuro rehabilitation for a Band 6/7 position in Warwickshire. As an integral part of the healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals recovering from stroke and neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their specific needs and goals.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering the unique challenges posed by stroke and neuro conditions.
  3. Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to promote independence and improve daily functioning.
  4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.
  5. Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  2. Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  3. Proven experience in Stroke/Neuro rehabilitation at Band 6/7 level.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
