Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality clinical care to adults with mental health conditions within a multidisciplinary team.
  2. Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure integrated and person-centered care.
  4. Participate in and contribute to clinical audits, research activities, and service improvement initiatives.
  5. Provide supervision and support to junior medical staff and participate in training programs.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional standards.

Requirements:

  1. GMC registration with a license to practice in Psychiatry.
  2. MRCPsych or equivalent qualification.
  3. Proven experience as a Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  5. Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
  6. Eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register in Adult Psychiatry.
