Job Summary: As a Band 7 Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality remote mental health services to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on CBT principles.
- Provide evidence-based CBT interventions to individuals with various mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements:
- Qualified and accredited as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) at Band 7 level.
- Experience in delivering remote CBT interventions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Adherence to professional and ethical standards in mental health practice.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing healthcare environments and client needs.
