We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team for a Rapid Response position in Somerset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients within the Rapid Response team.
  • Respond promptly to urgent referrals and provide timely support to patients in their homes or community settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Assess and manage complex cases, implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of current best practices and advancements in physiotherapy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Minimum of Band 6 experience within a Rapid Response or similar setting.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
