Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and formulate treatment plans for individuals within the Adult Mental Health setting.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, both individually and in group settings.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
Offer supervision and support to junior staff and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical services.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of Adult Mental Health and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
Substantial experience at Band 8a/b level, with a focus on Adult Mental Health.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality psychological interventions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
