Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address mental health-related physical conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting as necessary.
- Educate and empower patients to manage their mental health through physical activity and rehabilitation.
Qualifications:
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Band 6 level experience, preferably within mental health or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
