Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert occupational therapy assessments and interventions within the community.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to support patients' recovery and independence.
  • Collaborating closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to patient care plans.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
