Position Details:
- Role: Community Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:
- Providing expert occupational therapy assessments and interventions within the community.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to support patients' recovery and independence.
- Collaborating closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to patient care plans.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
