What we're looking for: 

Pulse Mental Health, is actively seeking an accomplished and skilled Consultant in Adult Psychiatry with expertise in patient assessment and community experience. This is a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to the advancement of mental health services for adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for adults, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills.
  • Provide expert clinical care and treatment for a range of psychiatric conditions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in community psychiatry, engaging with individuals in various community settings.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of community-based mental health services.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Specialist registration in Adult Psychiatry (CCT).
  • Proven experience as a Consultant in Adult Psychiatry with a focus on patient assessment and community settings.
  • Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
