Pulse mental health, a leading healthcare provider, is actively seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care through comprehensive clinical and rehabilitation planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to determine their clinical needs and rehabilitation potential.
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans, incorporating clinical and rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, adjusting as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and support to individuals, families, and care teams regarding occupational therapy interventions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with Band 6 experience.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing clinical and rehab care plans.
- Strong assessment, intervention, and care planning skills.
