Are you a dedicated Physiotherapist with experience in Community Neuro Rehab seeking a new and rewarding opportunity? Pulse Mental Health, a renowned recruitment agency in the mental health sector, is actively searching for a passionate Band 6 professional to join our team and contribute to the well-being of individuals in need of community-based neuro-rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert physiotherapy assessments and interventions for individuals in the community with neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to enhance the physical and functional abilities of individuals with neurological challenges.
  • Deliver rehabilitation services with a focus on promoting independence and improving quality of life.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community neuro-rehabilitation programs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Physiotherapist with Band 6 experience.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in Community Neuro Rehabilitation.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and care planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
