 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and goals
- Develop and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Collaborate closely with service users, families, and carers to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and service development initiatives

Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Proven experience in mental health settings
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous professional development
