We are now recruiting for a Band 6 Crest Clinician CAMHS Practitioner to join an innovative team, to join a well-established NHS trust based in London. The role is available to start as soon as possible, and the appointed candidate will need to work full time hours per week for an initial 3-month period. 

The successful CAMHS Practitioner will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing assessments to a caseload of children and young people with a range of mental health conditions. Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

To undertake A&E emergency assessments. The post covers departments in the whole of Kent & Medway. Candidates will also complete Shift coordination and support our Tier 4 hospital ward on rare occasions.


SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: 

Candidates should have CAMHs and or Liasion psychiatry experience where assessments are a primary role. Excellent assessment and communications skills are required. The post covers the geographical areas of Kent & Medway, and is most suited to someone who lives in Kent and is able to drive.
